FAARM to Market St

Having been around for nearly 28 years, we’ve got a lot to ‘look back’ on; experimental projects, big ideas, complicated, messy projects, new technology, New Gravity, new takes on old building types - we’ve done a bit of everything.

Today we’ll take a look back to one of the places where it all started; FAARM, an exhibition space in the Old City neighborhood of Philadelphia that was created to celebrate the intersection of art and architecture. While FAARM was relatively short-lived, its legacy lives on; the space at 126 Market St (the renovation of which was the very first OFA design-build project) is now OFA’s Philadelphia office. For nostalgia’s sake, we’re sharing a few fun throw-back photos of the FAARM events, space and programming - not too much has changed, right?
