Hano Homes DER June Utility Data

The Hano Homes Deep Energy Retrofit project has been officially complete and fully occupied for 2+ months now, and while the building is still in its early stages of full/continuous occupancy post-DER, we’ve been eager to track and compare energy usage from historical data.  So far, so good - the June 2025 energy consumption represents an average -56% reduction from the weather normalized data of the 7 previous June data sets.  And this is all pre-solar!
