Susquehanna Square is a Low Income Housing Tax Credit recipient, made up of three buildings for a total of 37 residential units distributed over three sites in North Philadelphia. One of the design drivers for this project was to consider grandparents as primary caregivers who are an essential part of our community in Philadelphia that traditional affordable models don’t always account for.
