AI Rendering Tests

We’ve been sharing construction updates over the last year on Tim McDonald's house addition and renovation in Manchester, but in true Onion Flats Architecture fashion, there’s a bigger picture - this is actually a multi-phase, multi-building endeavor.

Take a look at the evolution of the second house under construction, a new residence on a separate lot carved out from the original larger plot, showcased through our integrated design workflow:

▪️ Drone Imagery: Capturing the current reality on the ground.

▪️ 3D Modeling: A detailed Revit model is overlaid on the aerial photo, ensuring every architectural element is perfectly synced with the real-world terrain.

▪️ Final Renderings: Utilizing AI rendering engines to apply realistic textures, cinematic lighting, and seasonal foliage - visualizing a resilient future for the property.

As you can see from the drone shots, the foundations are already installed, but there is plenty of work ahead to translate this model into a buildable reality. Stay tuned!
