The Shackamaxon Street Project consists of fourteen four story single family homes split over two large infill lots. Each house has a private garage and entry space with a bathroom or powder room at the ground floor, a large second story private deck accessed off of the living room and a private roof deck accessed via pilot house from the fourth floor. Three carriage houses front Shackamaxon Street, with the fourth story set back from the property line to maintain a common cornice height with the neighboring houses. The rest of the homes are accessed through a gated shared drive aisle or pedestrian path that passes under the carriage houses and extend to the interior homes.
