Columbia Townhomes consists of five white brick houses built in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia. These homes feature a split level basement and first floor that is entered from the street at the mid landing in order to achieve four floors within the max building height stipulated by the parcels zoning designation.

Each of the five homes has a level two deck over carport off of the living space and a roof deck accessed via pilot house from the fourth floor.
